Are the bots really free?

Yes. Every bot is free to use. OCR Bot has optional Pro and Max plans for people who scan a lot; the free tier stays free.

Do I need to install anything or sign up?

No. All you need is Telegram on your phone or computer. Open a bot, press Start and send it something.

What happens to the photos and files I send?

The bots use what you send only to answer you. OCR Bot never keeps your images, and its extracted text is deleted after 7 days. The details are in our Privacy Policy.

A bot isn’t replying. What should I do?

Check @botsbyamit first, we post there when something is down. If nothing is announced, tell us in the support group.

How do I pay for OCR Bot Premium?

Send /upgrade in the bot. You can pay with Telegram Stars, or by card or UPI on our secure payment page. We never see your card or UPI details.

Can you build a custom bot for me?

Custom development has moved to our parent studio, Nodeflow Labs. If you'd rather build it yourself without code, try Gramflow.
